OUR SERVICES
Our professional property management services include locating and screening prospective tenants(including criminal background, credit report, and rental history), lease negotiations, document preparation and signing on the owner’s behalf, rent collection, scheduling maintenance and make-ready work, providing after-hours service for emergencies, accounting (form 1099 provided for owner), evictions and more. We also offer a locator service to help assist in finding new tenants only.

HOW IT WORKS:
In order to keep your financials secure, we use a state of the art portal system which communicates with your email.
Each time you wish to view your reports, you must visit the portal and enter in your email address. You will be emailed a single-use link where you can view your statements. This link does not have a time limit, however, it will only work once.
