Please do not request a Statement of Account more than 5 business days before closing, and be sure to include the closing date with your request. All statements will be returned within 48 hours of the stated closing date. Please note that if your closing date changes, a new Statement of Account must be requested, as expired statements will not be honored by the Association. Standard requests are free of charge, with a $50 rush fee for same-day requests.

Condo, townhome, and subdivision sales all require a Resale Certificate per the Association's Governing Documents. Per state law, Beal Properties has 10 business days to complete and return your request. Need it faster? Rush requests are available within 24 hours for a $50 fee. Standard requests are free of charge.
Condo Questionnaire fees must be paid before the document will be completed. We accept check, money order, or credit card. Mail payments to Beal Properties, 3363 University Drive East, Suite 215, Bryan, Texas 77802. For credit card payments, call 979-764-2500.

Condo Questionnaires require a $150 fee paid in advance. Once payment is received, your completed questionnaire will be returned within 5 to 7 business days. The fee is negotiable between buyer and seller. Please do not submit your questionnaire until you are ready to pay.
